This Privacy Notice explains how Nova Labs, Inc. (Nova) and our subsidiaries and affiliates collect and use personal information. It applies to our Nova and 1663 websites and portals and any other places that directly link to this Notice. This Notice does not apply where it is not linked. This Notice does not apply to our processing of personal information of our customers' consumers or their end-users. That consumer or end-user information is processed in our capacity as a service provider and is governed by our agreements with our customers. This Notice does not apply to our Helium Mobile service. It also does not apply to our employees or contractors.
What Information We Collect

If you live outside of the United States and choose to use this site you understand that it is at your own risk. Our sites are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children under 13.
